We gladly accept limos and groups. However, due to the size of our tasting room, reservations are required for groups of 8 or more.  Groups can taste in a  private room with a personal educator, choice of 4 wines and crackers will be served $10.00/pp

TASTING MENU

2010 Snow Merlot –  Light strawberry colored rose’ of merlot with flavors of watermelon and a hint of pink grapefruit. A vibrant acidity complimented by a touch of natural sweetness invite light fare, a friend or another glass full $15.00

2011 Chilly Day Chardonnay- A melody of ripe tropical fruits on the nose from this steel fermented Chardonnay, provide for a crisp vibrant mid-palate lingering into a complex layered citrus finish.$17.00

 2010 Chardonnay- Fermented and finished entirely in steel, expressing aromas of tropical fruit and a hint of citrus. Crisp and refreshing yet complex enough to be shared with grilled fish and marinated meats. $18.00

SOLD OUT TILL SEPTEMBER 2012     Spice Wine- Cabernet Franc is the base wine infused with Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Cloves. Serve warm $14.00 

2010 Merlot Bianca - A delicate process of white wine making from 100% Merlot grapes, expressing passion fruit aromas. Elegantly structured mouthfeel with hints of ripe peach flavors and a well balanced finish  $20.00

2010 Merlot- This is a sneak peak at the 2010 Vintage. 23 months in neutral oak expressing only true varietal character from our 23 year old Merlot Vines.

Explosive black cherry & ripe plum flavors with an integrated layer of spice, held together with velvety tannins and a “give me more” finish. $30.00

2010 Cabernet Franc-COMING SOON  Deep and rich with flavors of dark cherry and cranberry.  Hints of black pepper  and baking spices.   This wine is 88% Cabernet  Franc and 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. History: Cabernet Franc crossed with Sauvignon Blanc to produce Cabernet Sauvignon.   It is principally grown for blending in France. $28.00
