Join our Winemaker or House Sommelier for a fully guided tour from our vineyard, to winery & cellar. Learn how we grow grapes on Long Island, then add the skill of the winemaker to produce wines from that fruit following in the footsteps of thousands of years of tradition. All throughout the tour enjoy a tasting of our newest wine releases coinciding with the wine production process to better understand how that wine came to be, conclude with a hand-crafted charcuterie platter for two. approx 90 minutes.
