The Base Package

The Base Package + Hired Photographer

Includes: The Base Package plus access to our Vineyards, Tasting House, Wine Production, and Barrel Cellar for a private photoshoot with the supervision and assistance of our Events Coordinator. Please Note: A Photographer is not provided in this package, photography cost is to be discussed and handled directly with the photographer. Let us know if you’d like photographer recommendations.

The Engagement + Private Tour
$450
This experience begins with a 1.5 hour Vine to Wine Tour hosted by Owner/Winemaker, Anthony Sannino, and ends back in our vineyards for your private proposal. This is a full tour including a wine tasting as you discuss the grape growing and winemaking process.
Includes: A fully guided private 1.5 hour tour, a private and picturesque location to pop the question, one bottle of our Rosé, two Sannino stemware glasses to take home and full charcuterie platter plus access to our Vineyards, Tasting House, Wine Production, and Barrel Cellar for a private photoshoot with the supervision and assistance of our Events Coordinator. Please Note: A Photographer is not provided in this package, photography cost is to be discussed and handled directly with the photographer. Things to Consider
Additional Guests: All packages mentioned above are for 2 guests (you + your significant other) plus a photographer if applicable. Your guests may be as involved as you’d like: do you want them there for the proposal or to surprise you before or after?
Base Package: If you would like additional friends + family to be present on this day the fee is $35 per person and includes a wine tasting of 5 wines each (there is a non-alcoholic option for $17.50 per person)
Base + Tour: Additional guests to join you on the tour before the proposal are $75 per person (25% off our standard tour rate). Your guests will join you on the tour, during the proposal, and after for wine and cheese.
The View: Growth in the vineyard varies depending on the time of year.
Weather: In case of sup-par weather, this set up will be in our private Wine Cellar. The final call is ultimately up to you. Marisa will make recommendations based on her experience and understanding of North Fork weather patterns.
Personalization: Items or decoration must be approved and delivered to Sannino Vineyard at least 3 days prior to the event.

Site fee includes a two hour photo session using Sannino Vineyard grounds, wine making facilities depending on winemaking schedule, and Tasting House. One Sannino Team Member must be present while guests are in wine making facilities or on Sannino Vineyard grounds.
